Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, announced today its “2016 Best of the Best: Top 200 Franchises” list, the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance, is online within its latest research report, Guide to Today’s Top Franchises.
To identify the franchises that made it’s list as well as the latest trends and information concerning franchisee satisfaction in general, Franchise Business Review surveyed 28,000 franchisees representing 339 franchise brands. Franchisees who participated in the free survey were asked 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
“Among the most important factors to consider before investing in a franchise is the satisfaction levels of current franchisees — the true franchise experts,” says Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. “The research conducted by Franchise Business Review provides prospective franchisees with this information. It also shows franchisors where they are doing well and where improvements can be made, information they use to strengthen their systems.”
