The Spark for Entrepreneurship
Before he embarked on his journey with BrightStar Care, Andee was working towards completing his MBA in Business, focusing on Finance and Computer Science. He also managed his family's diverse investment portfolio, which included investments in the restaurant, fuel, and real estate industries.
Growing up around those investments and his family's entrepreneurial ambition, Andee was inspired to continue down the same path. "I gained firsthand experience in business, and I've been raised with a passion and drive to become an entrepreneur and continue my family's legacy."
The Motivation for Home Healthcare
“I strongly believe in the importance of providing quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes,” Andee states. He also cites the growing preference of the senior population in the United States to receive medical and personal care services in the home, as it promotes a sense of independence and emotional well-being. Andee has witnessed firsthand the growing need for home healthcare services as the population ages and desires to maintain a high quality of life while facing health challenges.
“My grandmother has been receiving high-quality home healthcare, and my personal experiences with that have really inspired me to start a home healthcare business,” Andee states. “I want to ensure that others in similar situations receive the same high-quality care that brought so much comfort to my family. I want to make a positive impact on people and their families.”

Grand Opening and Future Plans
Andee recently opened his agency in Toledo/Bowling Green & Findlay, Ohio! He plans to expand into the Elyria-Lorain/Medina area eventually. "I am looking forward to getting involved within the Toledo community and eventually broadening our reach to help more families," Andee shares his aspirations.
