1Explore the Opportunity
We will promptly acknowledge your inquiry and reach out to set up a convenient time for a phone conversation. When you complete the “contact us” form, you will have the option to download our free Franchise Report. This document explains our business model and franchise opportunity in detail.

2Get To Know Each Other
We’ll schedule a preliminary 15-minute call to give you a high-level overview of BrightStar Care. Our goal is not only to ensure that you are interested and able to start a BrightStar Care franchise but also to make sure we are right for you as well.
After we talk, we will schedule a presentation call to discuss the business model in detail. We will request your application at this time, as well. -
3Is BrightStar Care the Right Fit?
The next call with our BrightStar Care team gives us the chance to learn more about you and ask some additional questions. This is a great time to discuss specific territories in depth.
This call typically lasts 60 minutes. During this time, we’ll outline the support we provide and what makes our business model strong and positioned for continued success. We will also discuss additional details about the BrightStar Care business model and confirm that we are the right fit for you. -
4Review the Franchise Disclosure DocumentTogether, we will explore and discuss elements of the Franchise Disclosure Document, which outlines key points in the Franchise Agreement. We will also answer any questions you may have.

5Speak with Our FranchiseesWe will help you get in touch with owners who can provide details about what it takes to be a BrightStar franchisee.

6Attend Discovery Day
You will be invited to attend Discovery Day virtually. We want to ensure all due diligence has been completed and that you are set up for success.
Here, you’ll meet our management team, learn about the systems and support we provide to help our franchisees, and meet several of the team members who will support you if you choose to become a franchisee.

7Franchise AgreementAfter completing Step 6, you will receive a formal invitation to become a franchisee and we will prepare and send your Franchise Agreement.

8Get Ready to Open
The real work begins once you sign your Franchise Agreement. We will provide you with checklists to follow as you work to open your business.
