What’s the layout of a typical BrightStar Senior Living community?

Unlike the design of many senior homes, each BrightStar Senior Living community offers a more intimate, home-like setting. Assisted Living Suites make up the first floor while the second floor is reserved for residents with memory care needs. Each community rests on 1.5 - 3 acres of property.

What is typical of a BrightStar Care Homes community?

Care Homes ranch-style home properties are 5,000-5,500 square feet and have around 10-12 bedrooms. Each location is in a residential neighborhood, near main roads. The homes have separate bedrooms in one home with multiple restrooms, one shared bistro, a laundry room, living room, dining room, wellness nook, sunroom, and a caregiver kiosk.

What are the construction options for BrightStar Care Homes?

Options for construction include tear downs, remodels, or empty lots. With new construction, we can arrange custom floorplans and we have great storage spaces. With renovations, the home would reside in a mature neighborhood with a location potentially in prominent neighborhoods.
